- Homes requiring extended ladder work or limited safe access receive a custom quote prior to service
- A 20% surcharge may apply for gutters heavily compacted with dirt or plant growth due to prolonged neglect

- Late Spring – After maple “helicopters” drop (especially important for homes near maple trees)
