We offer residential snow removal exclusively to our lawn mowing customers located between South Blvd and 8 Mile, and Telegraph and Dequindre.

We intentionally limit route size and customer quantity so we can deliver fast, dependable service every time it snows.

What’s Included With Each Snow Removal

• Clearing all paved surfaces on one driveway
• Clearing all public sidewalks
• Clearing two residential entrances

Our snow removal service begins shortly after the snowfall event has ended. We do not use salt, and we only provide service when snow is 1.5 inches or more.

Pricing

Standard Lots (up to 2,000 sq. ft. of paved area):

• 1.5 – 3.5 inches: $50 per removal
• 3.5 – 5 inches: $65 per removal
• 5 – 7.5 inches: $80 per removal
• 7.5+ inches: $95 per removal

Large Lots (over 2,000 sq. ft.) require custom pricing and may require a plow.

We do not provide salting services and do not remove snow when accumulation is less than 1.5 inches over the majority of paved surfaces. For complete ice protection, we recommend shoveling or salting snowfalls under 1.5 inches yourself.

Enrollment & Deposit

To enroll, each property must either:

• Pay a non-refundable deposit of $600 (standard lots) by December 1st, or
• Request a custom quote for larger lots prior to December 1st.

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle (we do not accept payments that incur processing fees).

Your deposit is credited toward your snow removal account for the current winter season only.
If total service costs exceed your deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance at the end of winter.
If total costs are below your deposit, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Our crew stays on call all season, ready to clear your property whenever winter hits. The deposit ensures we can provide a committed, reliable team for you. Snow removal services end on March 20th, when equipment is winterized, stored, and crews are released for the season.
